The service here was amazing, especially at the pool. Jhaymar ronquillo constantly checked if we needed anything? food in the sports bar was delicious, and the service was top quality! i would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples. it seems to have something for everyone.

The hotel was notably clean and well kept. The location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions. I particularly enjoyed the attentive service at the adult pool. I found the breakfast to be excellent with plenty of variety.

The room included clean towels, and the housekeeping staff maintained it very well throughout my stay. The room size was adequate, and amenities were in good working condition. It was a good experience. I felt very relaxed.

The staff members across the hotel are consistently kind and friendly. I appreciate their positive attitude. Agaba and Maswuud greeted guests with smiles upon arrival. I felt welcomed. Jhaymar Aroos gave very good service on the beach.
